The individual will also participate as a contributor to the development of innovative quantitative assessment techniques and data communication and visualization strategies. Qualifications: - Experience developing, deploying and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong experience implementing and developing on large Microsoft CRM and/or competitive Tier 1 CRM solution such as Siebel, SAP, or salesforce.com.
- Knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in Windows Server, ISS, SQL Server.
- Strong understanding and experience with the .NET 2.0 and 3.0 framework.
- Strong experience with the C# programming language and object-oriented programming.
- Willingness to documenting designs, development plans, operations procedures.
- Demonstrated history of meeting deadlines and reliably maintaining systems.
- Knowledge of DNS, SharePoint and Active Directory as it relates to successful implementations of Dynamics CRM.
- The position will require a flexible schedule as testing and upgrades will require work outside of normal business hours to minimize impact to the operational environment. This outside of normal business hours work may be as much as 20% of your work schedule.
- This position is only available to U.S. Citizens and requires an active DOD security clearance. Secret is required and Top Secret or higher is preferred.

The MHPCC Desktop / Server Systems Administrator provides configuration, implementation, and management support for MS Windows-based systems at the Maui High Performance Computing Center (MHPCC). Responsibilities include configuration and implementation of software and hardware such as workstations, peripherals, toolkits and operating systems; maintaining the desktop workstation security infrastructure; and the set up and administration of mail, name, file services, and backup systems. The successful candidiate evaluates and reviews the overall integration of these products and services within the MHPCC office infrastructure to provide a comprehensive unclassified, technical and administrative network of workstations, servers, and services for the MHPCC staff.
Primary duties include configuration, purchasing and inventory management of MS Windows workstation hardware and software; development and recommendation of MHPCC-standard desktop configurations for the staff; tuning system performance, installing system wide software, and validating and implementing critical system patches; troubleshooting and analyzing system faults including running diagnostic tests on operating systems and hardware to detect problems; working closely with computer hardware and software vendors to maintain an awareness of desktop and server hardware and software technologies; maintaining currency with required software and platform certification requirements; evaluating and recommending server software and hardware technologies for implementation at MHPCC; developing and maintaining documentation for the networks and systems being managed; and training both technical and non-technical users in the use of the desktop software and shared services.

The Business Process Analyst will lead our Team in the execution of BPR practices, including Lean Six Sigma and root cause analysis, to identify how to improve the efficiency effectiveness, and predictability of our customer’s program’s business processes. The Business Process Analyst will use the data collected under Data Collection and Analysis activity phases to create simulation models of the JOPES business processes in need of modernization. Using these models, we will identify bottlenecks and business process sensitivities to JOPES operational context. Our BPR SME and systems engineers will work closely with the customer program SMEs to determine how the target system’s business processes can be re-engineered to meet modernization needs without losing site of the operational context of these business processes as part of DOD operations.
