BluestoneLogic seeks a candidate to support our Systems Engineering Team supporting the modernization of systems providing Joint Command and Control Capabilities to the Department of Defense.
The successful candidate will support system data analysis, modernization options analysis, Course of Action modeling, and general modernization strategy development.
In addition, the individual will partcipate the engineering data collection during data collection & analysis that will be used for the development and assessment of candidiate course of action for modernization. The individual will also participate as a contributor to the development of innovative quantitative assessment techniques and data communication and visualization strategies. The successful candidate needs to have an understanding of systems engineering, integration and deployment methodologies and of computer information systems and how they work in an integrated environment.
The candidate will work closely with the JOPES programmatic and operational planning mission areas with the Department of Defense.
Candidate Requirements:
Required ·
- 2+ years of systems engineering, system integration, testing or related experience ·
- Experience working with and supporting Major Automated Information System programs. ·
- Experience with Microsoft Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.) suite. ·
- Ability to obtain a final SECRET clearance or above. TS-SCI clearance a plus.
- Statistical analysis skills to formulate/analyze metrics. ·
- Knowledge and direct experience with requirements methodologies. ·
- Provable organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills ·
- Ability to balance multiple time-sensitive tasks ·
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·
- Demonstrated aptitude in writing and creation of presentation materials ·
- Highly motivated, self-starting individual, with a focus on team goals.

BluestoneLogic is looking for an experienced CRM Solutions developer to help develop, enhance and manage the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system used by Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). This position will be working at the customer site in Crystal City, VA and is only available to U.S. Citizens and requires an active DOD security clearance. Secret is required and Top Secret or higher is preferred.
The CRM Solutions developer will be working with a Microsoft Dynamics Administrator to support all current Microsoft Dynamics CRM requirements and development efforts within the OSD network. Responsibilities include:
- Work with advanced .NET architecture, design, coding, and debugging
- Provide updates for system architectures changes
- Work with the administrator and investigate system-wide technical problems, and develop new features
- Develop a solution by mapping business problems to an end-to-end technology solution
- In developing and maintaining these solutions you will be interfacing with a number of subject matter experts on the OSD team that support different facets of the environment including Infrastructure, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Sharepoint, Internal and External applications, VOIP and more. They will be interfacing with you and will need your support.
- Provide as-needed assistance and support development efforts on other applications in the OSD Environment
- Communicate effectively with the administrator and the project management team to understand and document new requirements as well as communicate level of effort and schedule

| Qualifications: |
- Experience developing, deploying and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong experience implementing and developing on large Microsoft CRM and/or competitive Tier 1 CRM solution such as Siebel, SAP, or salesforce.com.
- Knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in Windows Server, ISS, SQL Server.
- Strong understanding and experience with the .NET 2.0 and 3.0 framework.
- Strong experience with the C# programming language and object-oriented programming.
- Willingness to documenting designs, development plans, operations procedures.
- Demonstrated history of meeting deadlines and reliably maintaining systems.
- Knowledge of DNS, SharePoint and Active Directory as it relates to successful implementations of Dynamics CRM.
- The position will require a flexible schedule as testing and upgrades will require work outside of normal business hours to minimize impact to the operational environment. This outside of normal business hours work may be as much as 20% of your work schedule.
- This position is only available to U.S. Citizens and requires an active DOD security clearance. Secret is required and Top Secret or higher is preferred.

Desktop Systems Admin – Supporting the Maui High Performance Computing Center
The MHPCC Desktop / Server Systems Administrator provides configuration, implementation, and management support for MS Windows-based systems at the Maui High Performance Computing Center (MHPCC). Responsibilities include configuration and implementation of software and hardware such as workstations, peripherals, toolkits and operating systems; maintaining the desktop workstation security infrastructure; and the set up and administration of mail, name, file services, and backup systems. The successful candidiate evaluates and reviews the overall integration of these products and services within the MHPCC office infrastructure to provide a comprehensive unclassified, technical and administrative network of workstations, servers, and services for the MHPCC staff.
Primary duties include configuration, purchasing and inventory management of MS Windows workstation hardware and software; development and recommendation of MHPCC-standard desktop configurations for the staff; tuning system performance, installing system wide software, and validating and implementing critical system patches; troubleshooting and analyzing system faults including running diagnostic tests on operating systems and hardware to detect problems; working closely with computer hardware and software vendors to maintain an awareness of desktop and server hardware and software technologies; maintaining currency with required software and platform certification requirements; evaluating and recommending server software and hardware technologies for implementation at MHPCC; developing and maintaining documentation for the networks and systems being managed; and training both technical and non-technical users in the use of the desktop software and shared services.
The successful candidate will participate as a member of the MHPCC systems staff in support of DoD and other projects, analyzing hardware and software requirements and providing technical support when needed for the MHPCC systems help desk and desktop and server support team. Provides and coordinates problem analysis, resolution and technical assistance to technical and non-technical individuals and groups. Maintains an understanding of leading edge MS Windows-based computing technologies and operating systems and communicates new technology trends to managers and leaders. Incumbent typically receives no instruction on routine work and general instruction on new assignments; must be able to handle seldom occurring job events.

The successful candidate will analyze program Business Process Focus Areas and priorities determined during interaction with the customer stakeholders. The Business Process Analyst will lead our Team in the execution of BPR practices, including Lean Six Sigma and root cause analysis, to identify how to improve the efficiency effectiveness, and predictability of our customer’s program’s business processes. Skills and experience in enterprise change management a big plus.
The Business Process Analyst will use the data collected under Data Collection and Analysis activity phases to create simulation models of the JOPES business processes in need of modernization. Using these models, we will identify bottlenecks and business process sensitivities to JOPES operational context. Our BPR SME and systems engineers will work closely with the customer program SMEs to determine how the target system’s business processes can be re-engineered to meet modernization needs without losing site of the operational context of these business processes as part of DOD operations.
Then the Business Process Analyst will determine the likelihood of success for these changes using the simulation models. The Team will then use the findings from this effort to identify BPR recommendations for delivered Modernization Strategies.
